Shipping Guarantee
Orders are delivered within 2-5 business days. All consumer orders placed on a business day before 12:00pm (your local time) Monday - Friday, will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 12pm (your local time) on Friday and before 12pm on Monday will be shipped out on Monday. Remember, Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays are not considered business days. See our shipping policy for more details.

Our policy is same day return. If next business day since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, not installed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Likewise, all refunds are subject to alternator issues, please get your alternator tested as well. All Battery Guyz Franchise locations or our national competitors offers free alternator testing.

Given the nature of our business, batteries and accessories cannot be returned for refund or credit after you have installed the battery for personal or business use.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale and closeout items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale and closeout items cannot be refunded.

We only replace batteries if they are no longer performing, has no charge or warranty has been issued with purchase. All batteries are subject to recharge. Like, our competitors what caused the battery to longer work; we have up to 24 hrs. to charge a customer battery to determine what caused the battery to stop working. When a battery does not charge we will issue an exchange or full refund upon customer receipt.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at or call 1-800-965-1076 to make the request.

To return your product, follow the instructions given by the authorized Battery Guyz Management team. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
